What is the National Pastors' Fellowship?
The National Pastors' Fellowship is a time of Gospel-centered fellowship, encouragement, and connection. It is designed to strengthen pastors and leaders through meaningful relationships, prayer, and focused conversations around Disciple Making, Church Planting, and healthy local churches. This is not a conference with large crowds and packed schedules. It is an intentional gathering where leaders walk life on life, share burdens, and encourage one another in Christian Ministry.
Who hosts the National Pastors' Fellowship?
NPF is hosted by Arch Ministries. Arch MInistries exists to strengthen and partner with the local church through Disciple Making, Church Planting, Missions, and leadership development. Our heart is to help replicate healthy, Gospel-centered churches that make disciples who make disciples.
Is this event for first-time attendees?
Yes! We welcome both long-time partners and those attending for the first time. Many pastors come not knowing what to expect and leave with lasting friendships, prayer partners, and renewed encouragment.
How is this different from a conference?
NPF is a fellowship, not a conference. - Smaller group sessions - Time for prayer and conversation - Relationship building - Encouragment in every season of ministry Our goal is not to overwhelm you with information, but to walk alongside you and strengthen you.
What is the dress code?
Business casual. Most attendees dress comfortably yet professionally. Think: - Collared shirts, sweaters, or blouses - Slacks or nice jeans - Comfortable shoes
Are meals included?
Some meals and fellowship times are included in the event schedule. Specific meal details will be provided closer to the event.
Do you offer financial assistance?
Yes, limited financial assistance is available. Because funds are limited and the event continues to grow, all requests must be submitted by December 1. Requests received after December 1 cannot be considered. This helps us steward resources wisely and plan responsiblty.
How do I request financial assistance?
Instructions and forms are provided during registration. Please complete all required information by the December 1 deadline.
What is the cancellation policy?
Because of venue and meal commitments: - Cancellations made by the posted cancellation deadline may be eligible for a refund (minus processing fees). - Cancellations after the deadline are typically non-refundable. However, you may transfer your registration to another pastor or leader if needed. Full details will be listed on the registration page each year.
Can registration be transferred?
Yes, please contact our office with the new attendee's information so we can update our records.
Is NPF only for pastors?
The fellowship is primarly for pastors and ministry leaders. Some sessions may include spouses or specific groups depending on the year's focus. Event details will always clarify who is invited to attend.
Where is the event held?
The location is announced each year on the NPF webage and registration page.
How long is the fellowship?
NPF typically runs over several days, beginning with an opening session and concluding around midday on the final day.
